Beauticians (Providers): Beauticians can create profiles, browse job requests posted by customers, claim services, and respond to booking requests. Providers agree to provide accurate and complete details about their services, availability, and rates.

5. Payment and Fees

Customers: Customers are required to pay for services via the payment methods made available by the service provider. All payments are subject to applicable taxes, fees, or applicable surcharges.
Beauticians: Beauticians will receive payments for completed services directly from the customer through the designated payment method. Beauticians are responsible for complying with all tax obligations related to their income.

The Platform reserves the right to change its fee structure at any time. Any changes will be communicated to users prior to implementation.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

Customers: Customers can cancel bookings within the timeframe mutually agreed upon between the customer and the service provider. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed based on the cancellation policy of the service provider.
Beauticians: Beauticians are expected to honor accepted job requests. If a beautician needs to cancel a job, they must notify the customer promptly. Any cancellations may affect the beautician’s standing on the Platform and may result in account degrade.

7. User Conduct and Responsibilities

Both customers and beauticians agree to use the Platform responsibly and respectfully. You are prohibited from:

Engaging in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activities.
Posting or sharing content that is offensive, defamatory, or harmful to others.
Misrepresenting yourself or providing false information.
Harassing, threatening, or discriminating against other users.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, graphics, designs, and trademarks associated with the Platform are the property of parlorO and are protected by intellectual property laws. Users agree not to copy, modify, or use the Platform’s intellectual property without prior written consent.
